The decision to sell the family home one has built and lived in for thirty-eight years was no light matter to us.  Having been highly recommended to us as an ethical property consultant, our initial meeting with you on the afternoon of 6th January confirmed that we had placed our home in the right hands when you interrupted your day off to meet with us.  We realised immediately that there was something special about your approach and attitude to your profession, borne out by the fact that your wife Maureen (who is also a property consultant with Barry Plant) supports you fully and understands that timing and opportunity are of the essence to procure good sales results.  Of equal importance are the courteous, friendly and honest qualities which shine through you.

Ben has demonstrated utmost commitment, dedication and professionalism whilst selling our property in Mooroolbark. 

We were apprehensive about putting our house on the market.  We had previously failed to sell, when it was listed with another Estate Agent a year ago, despite it being on the market for three months.  Ben had sold our neighbours property and had provided a calm and stress free experience for them.  We decided he would be the perfect agent for us.  We chose Ben because of his enthusiasm, honest approach and warm personality.

Ben's positive attitude, good humour, meticulous eye for detail and excellent leadership skills enabled us to relax and feel confident that he was in control of the whole process of selling our home, with the best possible result.  We enjoyed the regular phone calls and updates Ben gave us informing us of the progess of the sale.
