At Barry Plant Geelong we are a dedicated team headed up by our Directors Robert Kules, Elie Freijah and Tim Palioudis.
Robert Kules has taken the reins of heading the rentals business without the distraction of sales. Robert is active daily in the property management business and personally approves every tenant that goes into a property.
Years of experience have enabled us to create a well structured department where the main roles of the property management business are broken down and performed by specialists not generalists.

By breaking down the roles, so outside work is primarily done by specialists, your property managers are available in the office when you want them rather than being out on the road.
This is important as one of the most frequent complaints we hear from property owners is that they have difficulty getting in touch with their property managers. This is also why we have specialist Routine Inspection Officer, New Business Managers and Leasing Managers.
In 2013 and 2010 we won the Barry Plant Property Management Department of the Year, ahead of 80 other offices. We have been rated “Highly Recommended” by the Australian Achiever Awards office every year since 2005. 2014 saw us recognised with the award for ‘The Office with the Greatest Growth in Managed Properties (Over 500 Properties category)’, 2016 saw us come runners up in the category of Best Property Management Department. We now manage nearly 1400 properties. As well as individual recognition for Property Manager of The Year and Business Development Manager of the Year.
Our Managers undergo extensive annual training and achieve “Accreditation” with Barry Plant Head Office.
