New Barry Plant office poised for excellence in key Darebin suburbs

A new Barry Plant office in Melbourne’s inner north is set to take real estate services in the City of Darebin to new heights.

Barry Plant Northcote/Thornbury/Preston has new premises at 509 High Street, Northcote, after undergoing a restructuring process.

With managing director Loretta Khoo and director Jesse Dolcetta at the helm, the team is confident of its sustainability and future growth in the market.

“In essence, the office has evolved in this ever-changing market with an eye to the future,” said Ms Khoo, who is also the Officer In Effective Control.

The agents have been handpicked to offer reliable market advice and an efficient service in sales and property management.

“Our agents are also auctioneers with experience in all types of property sales from apartments to luxury homes and development sites,” Ms Khoo said.

The tech-savvy team will also use new platforms to ensure the process of buying and selling is a smooth one with more transparency.

Honest and open communication is vital to achieving an ideal outcome for all parties, according to Ms Khoo.

Ms Khoo brings a wealth of industry experience to the new set-up, having started her career in 2011 with Barry Plant Bundoora, where she was supported and inspired by director David Moxon.

Recognised for her outstanding achievements in the industry, Ms Khoo has received numerous sales and performance awards, and was among Australia’s top 50 women in real estate in 2017.

Two years later, she took on a directorship at the Barry Plant Inner North office.

“During that period, I developed a vision for growth which we are now implementing here,” Ms Khoo said.

Director Jesse Dolcetta shares Ms Khoo’s outlook and is enthusiastic about embarking on the journey with her.

“I am excited about my new role and I’m really looking forward to working with Loretta to make a significant impact in the inner-north corridor,” he said.

The team works closely with Barry Plant offices in surrounding suburbs, and has the support of Barry Plant’s 70-office network.

“Barry Plant is the largest unified real estate group in Victoria,” Ms Khoo said.

“And it is a well-known and respected brand in Melbourne’s inner northern suburbs, and has been for 40 years.”
