Leanne Porter has been specialising in real estate for almost 30 years . During that time she has provided invaluable advice to countless property owners and consistently achieves results that far exceed their expectations.
A local resident since 1970, she understands exactly what makes this beautiful part of the world so appealing. She’s seen the gradual development of the Bayside into a world class lifestyle location and knows what makes an area or a property worth that bit extra, just as she knows what small improvements you can make around your property to maximise your return.
A strategic thinker with an engaging personality, Leanne enjoys working with people and works hard to make their real estate experience as pleasurable and as stress free as possible. She believes the key to a smooth process is communication. “When someone is selling their home, they need to know exactly what is going on with their sales campaign – How many buyers are interested, what they think of the property and what they believe it is worth. They need to know what’s happening in the local market as well so that when the offers come in, they can make an informed decision to accept one or ask me to negotiate further”.
Leanne, husband John and daughters, Rachel who runs her own business “Eye Love Lashes” and Nicole, who has completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology have a strong affinity with the community. Leanne has sponsored the local football club (The Mt. Eliza Redlegs) and the Mt. Eliza Bowls Club for many years and generously donates to many other charities such as Diabetes Australia, The RSPCA, Animals Australia and The Peter McCallum Cancer Clinic to name just a few.
Leanne is very proud to be a full member of the Mt. Eliza Rotary Club and volunteers for the many fund raising events they hold throughout the year. Her other interests include horse riding, live theatre, cooking and entertaining at home and trying out different restaurants – especially the wonderful wineries dotted along the Mornington Peninsula
