Jacob's journey in the industry began with a strong foundation in customer service
and relationship building. His previous roles in Disability Support allowed him to hone
his skills in delivering the highest level of service to clients. These experiences
instilled in him the importance of building lasting connections and providing
personalized solutions.
Jacob's interest in Real Estate Sales was ignited during his time shadowing family
friends who work in Real Estate. Here, he witnessed the pivotal role that a skilled
sales agent plays in helping individuals and families find their dream homes. This
realization inspired him to pursue a career in Real Estate Sales.
Jacob brings to his role at Barry Plant a wealth of skills acquired through his previous
roles. He possesses strong organizational skills, ensuring that every client receives
the attention and care they deserve. His keen eye for detail ensures that no aspect
of a transaction is overlooked, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for his
clients.
Jacob recognizes the importance of learning from industry experts, which is why he
is excited to work closely with our Director, Tom Larkin, as his assistant. Under
Tom's guidance, Jacob aims to build his knowledge in sales and expand his horizons
within the real estate industry.
Outside of work, Jacob prioritizes spending quality time with his family and friends.
Additionally, he has a passion for basketball as he has played the majority of this
basketball at a represented level for the Frankston Blues, and continues to play with
a group of friends for some fun.
