Sales Manager
A great opportunity exists for an experienced, driven, and career-focused professional to join Barry Plant – Berwick, Pakenham and Drouin in a Sales Manager role.
This senior position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading high-performing sales teams, and is passionate about driving results, culture, and growth within a premium real estate brand.
The Primary Functions of the Role Will Include:
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales consultants and associates
- Driving new business generation and growth strategies
- Overseeing prospecting activities including telephone marketing and door-knocking
- Monitoring and supporting open for inspections and private appointments
- Managing buyer enquiry, follow-up processes, and pipeline performance
- Coaching agents on vendor communication, negotiation, and follow-up
- Reviewing and improving sales systems, processes, and reporting
- Assisting with listing presentations, appraisals, and key negotiations
Other Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing pre-listing preparation and marketing campaigns
- Database management and performance tracking
- Vendor and purchaser relationship management
- Contract preparation and liaison with solicitors
- Managing advertising schedules and new listings
- Scheduling appointments and supporting sales workflows
- Ensuring compliance, professionalism, and brand standards are upheld
- General sales administration and leadership duties
To Be Considered for This Position, You Will:
- Be professionally presented and corporately groomed
- Be able to work every Saturday
- Have strong computer skills and confidence in reporting and CRM systems
- Be a motivated, career-driven individual with leadership capability
- Have experience in real estate sales (management or senior sales preferred)
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- Own your own car
