Another 100% result for Brimbank homeowners

Once again this week our team at Barry Plant St Albans was able to achieve a rock solid 100 per cent auction success rate for our vendors, with all three of this week’s auction achieving very pleasing results.

Importantly for those with one eye on a planned sale during the upcoming Spring market, the Barry Plant team were able to achieve a number of additional results through professional negotiation without the gavel, as this summary of recent sales outlines:

Albanvale: 31 Robyn Avenue. A family-friendly location around the corner from Albanvale Primary School added to the appeal of this four-bedroom home, with competitive negotiations seeing the keys change hands at $690,000.

Brookfield: 20 Hilda Drive. This serene four-bedroom single-level home in the up-and-coming pocket of Brookfield saw the contracts inked after productive mid-week negotiations.

Fraser Rise: 5 Crown Drive. An eye-catching front façade enhanced by the corner position made this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home a popular inspection for local families keen to join this sought after pocket. Productive mid-week negotiations saw the SOLD sign go up at $675,000.

Keilor Downs: 5 Adios Place. Located in a tightly held court within walking distance of Taylors Lakes Primary and Secondary schools, this three-bedroom home attracted interest from first home buyers, downsizers and investors before this week’s auction. The gavel fell at a very pleasing $681,000.

Keilor Downs: 16 Copernicus Way. Featuring a generous, well-zoned floorplan with appeal for those who enjoy entertaining indoors and out, this thoughtfully updated three-bedroom, two-bathroom home certainly got the locals talking when it sold at auction for an impressive $917,000 (pictured).

St Albans: 197 Main Road West. Potential was the word on everyone’s lips when they gathered for the auction of this run-down three-bedroom home on an allotment of around 586sqm close to St Albans’ recently upgraded station and the shops on Alfrieda Street. The auction achieved a satisfying $525,000.

Of course, if you are thinking of making your next move in the approaching Spring market, it’s important to remember that the two key ingredients in a successful campaign are planning and timing. So if you’d like an obligation-free chat about the best ways to maximise your result in the coming months, feel free to give our team at Barry Plant St Albans a call this week on 9367 7044.
