Better advice brings better results
Making your next move in the current property market, whether you are keen to buy your first home or considering selling and upgrading to your next, can be a confusing time for anyone.
For many, it can feel like the world is full of well-meaning friends and family members who all seem to have their own opinions on what is happening in the real estate world, and how to achieve your goals. The problem is that the large majority of this advice, no matter how well intentioned, is not based on any genuine experience or in-depth knowledge of the property world...and a lot of it is just plain wrong.
Not surprisingly, the team at Barry Plant Thomastown take a great deal of pride in providing experienced and objective advice to buyers and sellers throughout the northern corridor of Melbourne. This is a huge increase in the space of just a few years, as the percentage just eight years ago (June 2018) was 53.9 per cent!
So why are so many buyers seeking out a Broker to find the right home loan? The simple answer is that getting the right mortgage loan involves a whole lot more than just the advertised interest rate. Different lenders will have different fee structures; different loan features; different approaches to servicing and eligibility; future flexibility and more. So, when it comes down to finding a loan that suits you, your individual circumstances, and future plans the best, experience and inside knowledge can make a significant difference. Just like getting the right advice from your real estate agent can.
