What you’ll do:
- Greet clients and manage the front desk
- Handle calls and emails professionally
- Coordinate appointments and maintain the office
- Support the team with admin, CRM, and marketing
What we’re looking for:
- Well presented with excellent phone manner
- Strong computer skills and organised
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Agent’s Representative Certificate preferred
