Joining the team in 2012 as a fresh-faced young man straight out of school, Adam had the privilege of starting as assistant to Monique Fitzgerald, now Director. Over the years, Adam has evolved with the business, growing from eager newcomer to Partner in the business, building his expertise and reputation every step of the way.
As soon as Adam began working in real estate, he knew he'd found his passion. Not only does he love the process of negotiation, evident through his performance year on year amongst the whole Barry Plant group, but he also has a strong commitment to building trust and relationships.
When discussing his approach to client relationships, it's clear that providing superior service to his clients is a priority. Adam will sincerely express that he "wants to get clients the best result possible for their home whilst also making what can be a stressful process as stress-free as possible" and "I understand that client needs are unique in each situation, therefore, I always strive to work together with my clients to achieve the best outcome". When meeting Adam, you quickly learn that this enthusiasm and zest for life isn't a show for clients, but that he lives by it every day. Because of his connection to the community in the area, you're likely to run into him at a game of local footy or cricket, out to dinner or socialising locally with friends or even past clients. Adam is also involved with many local sporting clubs and social groups, providing sponsorships or volunteering his auctioneering skills for charity nights.
Most of Adam's business comes from referrals, which is a credit to how well he services and delivers results for his clients time and time again. His success also comes from hard work and dedication, with many hours spent negotiating on the phone at any hour of the day but most importantly building a strong rapport with his purchasers and vendors, helping them achieve their families property goals.
