Waurn Ponds is a outer-suburb of Geelong that essentially serves as the region’s education and retail hub

It doesn't have the historic "village" feel of nearby Geelong West or the coastal energy of Torquay. Instead, it feels modern, spacious, and extremely functional. It’s the kind of place where you have wide roads, manicured nature strips, and large brick homes built from the 1990s onwards.

You’ll find a mix of students living near the uni, hospital staff working at the nearby Epworth, and families who want a big backyard without the premium price tag of the inner suburbs. It’s also the final pit-stop for people heading down to the Great Ocean Road.
