In the month of August, the Barry Plant Eastern group continued to achieve strong results for their vendors with an influx of buyer enquiries. A further sign of the underlying demand of properties on the market is that a number of buyers have purchased their dream home without physically inspecting it. Instead, these buyers have been able to make an informed decision with the use of our virtual property tours, photos, online inspections, comparable sales and data.
