St Albans: 1 Orion Avenue. Potential seemed to be the word on everyone’s lips when they inspected this three-bedroom home in a popular pocket of St Albans West. Despite the need for some TLC, the keys changed hands at a very pleasing $605,000.
St Albans: 9 William Street. A large allotment of around 770sqm and the extra flexibility of a second living zone added to the appeal of this three-bedroom home which was offered for sale for the first time. A very strong result was achieved in a pleasingly short time.
Taylors Lakes: 2 Roper Court. This neat four-bedroom home in Keilor Lodge had been scheduled for a mid-week twilight auction just prior to the Easter break. However, strong buyer interest from the moment it hit the market produced a compelling early offer of $745,000 which convinced our happy vendors to cancel the auction.
