Buyers still keen to beat Santa

We may be well into December, a month that many people tend to associate more with holidays and gift giving than they do the property market, but there are no signs of the real estate market slowing at all at this stage.

In fact, our team in the south-eastern suburbs has been extremely busy again this week with buyer activity levels remaining very strong in all areas and price ranges.

Here’s a cross-section of some the results we’ve been able to achieve for our happy vendors:

Illawarra Avenue. Ideally positioned in Clyde’s ever popular Pasadena Estate, this modern three-bedroom home made the most of our Sale by Set Date® campaign, selling well before the closing date at $515,000.

Tralee Place. We saw quite a few young families inspecting this renovated three-bedroom home within a short walk of the Primary School, resulting in a strong sale at $625,000.

Elliott Street. Enjoying easy walking access to public transport, this convenient three-bedroom home achieved a pleasing mid-week sale at $682,500.

Lytham Court. Nestled in a peaceful child-safe court in the highly regarded Brooklyn Greens Estate in Cranbourne, handy to all amenities, this four-bedroom home achieved an outstanding sale at $700,000 after attracting good interest from multiple buyers.

The good news if you are still yet to secure your next home is that there are still some exciting opportunities that are available to buyers before everyone starts unwrapping presents, so if you’d like to see what’s coming up, you can simply CLICK HERE...

Of course, if you are considering selling in the New Year and don’t want to miss out on the strong demand from buyers in the City of Casey, don’t hesitate to give us a call at Barry Plant Cranbourne this week on 5990 9400. We’d love to be able to help.

Best wishes,

Barry Plant Real Estate
