We are looking for a Business Development Manager to serve the Eastern/North Eastern suburbs.

Ideal Candidate for the role

• Must have had prior experience working in a property management BDM role
• Agents Rep Certificate or Cert 4 in Property
• Sales focus with an outgoing ‘can do’ attitude
• Able to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Friendly and warm customer service
• Highly motivated
• Team orientated, but can also work independent
• Drivers licence and reliable car

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively sourcing new rental listings
• Prospecting/lead generation activities
• Pipeline management
• Rental appraisals
• List rentals - prepare paperwork including all compliance forms
• Prepare rentals for market – arrange marketing, process applications, reply to enquiries, progress reports
• Prepare for and attend opens, which may fall outside of normal business hours or on Saturdays
• Respond to tenant enquiries
