The top most popular suburbs for these migrants were Melbourne, Clayton, Carlton, North Melbourne, Dandenong, Box Hill, Burwood, Tarneit, Docklands and St Kilda – Melbourne’s population grew by about 120,000 people last year, and that’s great news for the housing market!
