- 42 Apex Crescent, Bulleen – sold at Auction for $1,158,000
- 12 Apple Blossom Court, Templestowe – sold at Auction for $1,470,000
This week’s private sales included:
- 4 Dickens Close, Templestowe – sold for a great price
- 4/67 Leeds Street, Doncaster East – sold for $648,000
- 2 Beacon Street, Vermont South – sold before Auction for $1,170,000
