Big crowds gather to watch on…..and bid!
Big crowds gathered as the sun beamed on the auctions today. There was a definite mood change today with buyers. With a spring in their steps and more confidence than we have seen in recent weeks, they took charge with confidence to secure their homes.
Open for inspection numbers were also up this week with many buyers asking about pre auction offers.
Is this a sign that the market is settling? I have been noticing this over the last month that there are signs of more confidence and stability in this new market. A positive sign today for buyers and sellers in what I call a balanced normal market.
