More confidence, large auction crowds and multiple bidders was the mood of todays auctions and open for inspections.

It was great to see so many people come along to the auctions today. Our auctions had multiple bidders, with some having up to five bidders strongly compete for the prize! 

What does the next 4 weeks look like? 

If today is an indication, there are plenty of buyers looking to secure a home before Christmas, however the lack of properties on the market are not making it easy for them. That’s why we are seeing so many bidders at auctions at the moment - not a lot of choice.
