Onsite Auctions reignites buyers excitement with Auctions today recording record success!
Victoria’s freedom day allowed for Auctions to be held onsite once again this weekend. The atmosphere and excitement of street Auctions had buyers clearly excited with lively and passionate bidding as they competed for their perfect home. The combination of on-site and online auctions allowed us to reach the total buyer market as individual buyers were able to chose their preferred way to bid.
A stand out result was 24 Oakland Drive Warrandyte which sold for $2,400,000 as 5 local families fiercely competed for this property set on a beautiful acre in this elite street.
Real estate market conditions are ripe for a strong showing from now until early next year. With pent-up demand, low numbers of properties for sale and the return of on-site inspections, the delayed spring season will have plenty of momentum through to summer. We are expecting the season will stretch into early 2022 to cater for the hot demand.
