We are noticing an increase in buyer activity as we head into the Spring Market in a few weeks.

It was encouraging to see the success rate at auction increase from recent weeks as more properties now selling on the day than in previous weeks.

Another recent trend we are seeing is, sellers are taking advantage of strong pre auction offers and securing a sale before auction. Sometimes a bird in the hand is a smart decision.
