Buyers quickly snapping up quality homes!

It was great to see so many buyers out and about on the weekend at the registered private home openings and Auctions. Buyers were once again out in force securing quality homes.

Feature property of the week was 35 Philip Ave Doncaster which was snapped up quickly during the first registered buyer viewing by a client from our qualified buyer database. The home quickly attracted a huge amount of interest from our direct marketing campaign. There is a real appetite for luxury family homes in the area between $2.5 - $3.0 million at the moment.
