Barry Plant Manningham Gets More Optimism From Buyers
Buyer confidence seems to be slowly but surely coming back into the market. There is more of an optimistic view being seen from buyers, as a more predictable and balanced market is on the horizon.
Our open for inspection numbers were good, however, we are expecting these numbers to increase over the next few weeks as people return from holidays and kids head back to school.
Overall, a very good week for auction and private sale results.
