Barry Plant Manningham Prices Holding Steady… Will This Continue?

As we head into the winter selling season and busy long weekend, it's great to see the property market holding steady. Despite higher interest rates for homeowners and buyers, we still had solid open for inspection numbers and successful auctions across our group.

Buyers are still active and determined to secure a new home, with many of them mentioning that they wanted to get on with life and purchase a property. With low property levels compared to last year, we are seeing strong buyer interest and competition for homes. This is great news for those looking to sell their property, and I encourage anyone considering selling to reach out to our office and discuss their options with our experienced agents.

In fact, our company sold 13 properties over this week, and close to 100 property sales for the month of May which is a fantastic result!

As we move into the second half of the year, we expect this strong trend to continue and proves to remain stable. So, if you're thinking of buying or selling, now is a great time to do so.

On another note, I am proud to say that our property management team is the best in the eastern suburbs. We currently look after close to 7000 rental properties in the local area and understand the importance of caring for people's biggest assets. Our property management team is here to assist you with all your needs and ensure a stress-free experience for landlords and tenants alike.

In summary, despite winter kicking in and the long weekend, the property market remains strong. Solid open for inspection numbers and successful auctions are being held, and there is still strong buyer interest and competition for homes.

If you're thinking of buying or selling, now is the time to do so. And if you're looking for a trustworthy and experienced property management team, look no further than the Barry Plant Eastern Group.
