Record buyer numbers attend open homes today as property prices and sales remain strong this January.

There was no slowing down in the real estate market today across the eastern and north eastern region with record buyer numbers attending our open homes, in fact many of our open homes had more than 50 buyers in attendance.

This unprecedented level of demand is due to a low level of property currently on the market, coupled with post lockdown buyer demand and extremely low interest rates. I am expecting this level of buyer interest to continue right through to March.

This January has been our best start on record with 36 properties sold in only 23 days!
