Record results as buyers rush to buy!

With private inspections now back, there was a huge rush from buyers to register with our agents to be first to see our properties. The first buyer appointment started as the sun came up at 6.50am and will continue into the twilight hours to meet the demand. Real estate.com.au noted a 382% jump in buyer enquiry since private inspections were announced across Victoria and that increase was certainly felt in our local areas.

With over 600 private inspections already being conducted on the first day back, it confirms what is the start of a very strong spring market.

In over 2 decades I have never seen this much enthusiasm and confidence from buyers. Our online Auctions all had over 10 registered buyers for each auction with strong and fierce bidding throughout the day. Offers on properties started very early this morning as buyers tried to beat the rush this weekend.
