Sales soar as property market reopens
This weekend we saw buyers out in strong numbers at our open for inspections, keen to pick up where they left off prior to lockdown with several buyers making strong offers to secure their preferred property.
Live auctions kicked off strongly with the stand out sale of the week at 51-53 Newmans Road that sold for an impressive $3,901,000 which was $401,000 over the owners expected price. Four bidders competed strongly for this Templestowe trophy home.
The listing agent and lifestyle property specialist Theo Politis said “there is a lack of modern architectural lifestyle properties at this end of the market at the moment.
