With Christmas only 7 weeks away, buyers have been making the most of easing restrictions by snapping up some serious realestate in the last 7 days. The month has finished strong with a total of 56 properties sold after showing a record 1,900 buyers through homes in October. 

We have seen a huge increase in buyer numbers and bidders at property auctions. Our actions last week with both online and onsite bidders had massive success with multiple bidders competing at most auctions, resulting in vendors reserve prices being exceeded.

November will be another big month with 118 new properties set to launch - make sure to keep an eye out, you might just find your dream home!
