Strong results lead the way!
How long will this unpredicted buyer demand and strong results last? It’s a question I am being asked at every auction and open for inspection.
Today we again witnessed massive open for inspection numbers. One of our open homes I attended had 75 buyers walk through in half an hour. I haven’t seen that level of activity since we were offering properties in and out of the lockdown periods during the height of the pandemic.
Auctions were again very well attended with multiple bidders working hard under competition to purchase their new home at all auctions.
At the moment we are seeing what seems like a delayed “spring rush” rather than an autumn market with buyers more confident about the future and the settling down of rate rises this year.
