Today we saw hotly contested auctions with multiple bidders competing for some outstanding properties. Our buyers were thrilled to have found their home right before the years end. There were some very happy vendors today with almost $1 million dollars being achieved above our vendors expectations across all our auctions today. We are expecting high demand to continue right through the Christmas and New Year period. The start of 2021 is looking positive on the real estate front.
