In two decades of selling real estate, I have never seen this type of demand across all property types and the real estate market in general. Buyers are aware of the current fast paced environment and are making decisions quickly to try and beat the rush of buyers.

The sales success for the Barry Plant Eastern Group has come due to developing strong buyer relationships during lockdown. They were focused on developing custom buyer profiles and were ready to property match as soon as the industry opened back up.
