Super Saturday Success As The Market Continues To Soar!

As online auctions become the new norm, confident buyers are competing fiercely to secure their dream home. This week we will finish our Saturday with 32 properties successfully sold, privately and at auction – with another 6 under the hammer tomorrow!

In two decades of selling real estate, I have never seen this type of demand across all property types and the real estate market in general. Buyers are aware of the current fast paced environment and are making decisions quickly to try and beat the rush of buyers.

The sales success for the Barry Plant Eastern Group has come due to developing strong buyer relationships during lockdown. They were focused on developing custom buyer profiles and were ready to property match as soon as the industry opened back up. Having highly experienced sales teams across the east and north east that are able to adapt and pivot week on week with the changing landscape means that we are continuing to develop the best strategies to get our clients the best results.

We just completed one of our strongest September months of all time with 60 sales and 100 new listings. We are excited about these numbers as there was only two weeks of inspections in September!
