Again, this week we recorded north of 20 registered buyers at some of our online auctions.

Buyers are not only getting used to the online bidding process however buyer confidences increasing with buying properties with no physical inspection and relying on the technology of walk-through virtual tours, floorplans, photography and virtual buyer inspections.
