The Barry Plant team do hours of training each month to keep us at the top of our game. And if there’s one thing that we pride ourselves on beyond all else, it’s listening!

Just today, we helped an older couple move to a lower maintenance property where they can hang on to their independence. In a lovely twist of fate, their home sold to a lovely young couple, just starting out in their very first home. We helped another couple sell their unit so that they can trade up to a bigger home where their young family will have much more space. And we sold an investment property for a lady who needed to fund a place for her husband who now requires full time care. It’s a privilege to be asked to assist people at a time where they really need help. It’s a privilege we take very seriously.

Our commitment is always the same! To get the best result we possibly can. To do our best. To see if we can find a way to make to the move or the sale easier and more rewarding.

So for us it’s not about clearance rates and days on market. In fact, if we think that saying no to an offer and trying a little bit harder might bring a better result, then that’s what we do! It’s about helping our owners get the best possible result.
