Will the market keep performing in its current form?

At this stage I cannot see the market slowing down in the next 30 days. There is still high buyer demand and not enough homes on the market. Today’s auctions saw multiple bidders and strong results across the eastern group.

Yesterday we sold 11 properties at auction taking our total properties sold to 31 sales in 7 days! A new record for our eastern group.

There are also another 22 properties on the way to selling in the next few days with homes going “under offer” quickly once introduced to our qualified database of buyers

Our unique strategies allow us to meet more qualified buyers who can make decisions quickly. There is high demand for family homes at the moment and we have started to see developers re-entering the market, snapping up two- and three-unit sites.

The other market performing exceptionally well is the acre market, with strong sales achieved across the acre belts this week.
