Essendon Theatre Company’s latest production is getting closer, which is good news for local residents who enjoy some quality local theatre, and particularly those who appreciate some edge-of-the-seat tension in their theatrical experiences.

Essendon Theatre Company will be presenting “An Unseasonal Fall of Snow”. Written by leading New Zealand playwright Gary Henderson, it is the story of a bewildered young man who is questioned by a ruthless interrogator who circles like a predator, forcing him closer and closer to an awful admission. The play is described as a compelling investigation of truth, consequences, and the ultimate value of human life.

If you’ve already discovered the joys of an Essendon Theatre Company production, you will be familiar with the limited number of performances available during one of their two-week seasons. This production is no different, with the season comprising just seven performances including one Sunday matinee:

Thursday 23 August at 8pm

Friday 24 August at 8 pm

Saturday 25 August at 8 pm

Sunday 26 August at 2 pm

Thursday 30 August at 8 pm

Friday 31 August at 8 pm

Saturday 1 September at 8 pm

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the show commencing.

All performances be held at the West Essendon Community Centre which is in Bradshaw Street (off Buckley Street) in West Essendon.
