More upgrades at Aberfeldie Primary School
In more good news for many local families, the recent upgrades at Aberfeldie Primary School are set to go to the next level with additional funding being provided in the latest Victorian State Government budget.
Aberfeldie Primary School, which is located in Doone Street, has been undergoing the refurbishment of classrooms as well as general school facilities. The 2016-17 State Budget allocated $1.13 million funding to the school and, as you can see from the photo, the school received an additional $1.4 million in the 2018-19 State Budget.
In even more good news for those students who are keen to play sport, the latest round of improvements will include upgrades to the school’s netball court. The photo shows Ben Carroll MP, the State Member for Niddrie, presenting the cheque to a collection of the school’s netball players.
