Big results from Northcote to Reservoir

No doubt there are many people across Melbourne right now whose attention is becoming focused on the coming holiday season, whether that means giving gifts, family gatherings or simply putting up our feet and relaxing.

Offering four bedrooms, elegant period features and a position that provided excellent access to so many amenities, this was a property that was expected to draw good buyer interest. However, many of the onlookers were surprised when the property was finally knocked down at a very impressive $1,132,500! A great result for all concerned.
