Big results continue Summer success

We’ve been reporting the unseasonably strong start to this year’s property market for several weeks now, and that trend continued this week as our team achieved another 100% auction success rate for several very happy vendors around the City of Brimbank.

This week’s results included a mix of highly contested bidding duels on the day, as well as some strong results that were concluded in advance of the scheduled auction.

Here’s an overview of some of our recent results:

Caroline Springs: 7 Tucker Place. A huge crowd turned out to watch the auction of this five-bedroom, and they weren’t disappointed. Five bidders pushed the price well past the reserve of $950,000 before the gavel fell at a very pleasing $1.022 million!

Kings Park: Baguley Crescent. Right around the corner from Kings Park Primary School, this well-maintained three-bedroom home saw the SOLD sign go up at just under the $600,000-mark.

St Albans: Manfred Street. The opportunity to secure a convenient block with town planning approval already in place proved a popular one, with the deal concluded at $613,000.

Fraser Rise: Dawkins Avenue. Just seven years young and situated two doors from the park, this eye-catching four-bedroom home achieved a strong mid-week sale at $780,000.

Hillside: 6 Camelot Place. Set in a quiet pocket near Cana Catholic Primary School, this well-established four-bedroom home (pictured) found new owners after an early offer of $695,000.

Hillside: 46 Speargrass Drive. Neat as a pin and boasting a generous allotment of over 700sqm, this four-bedroom family home attracted such strong interest that the vendors decided to accept a convincing early offer of $710,000 rather than wait for this week’s scheduled auction.

Taylors Hill: 25 Synergy Place. Attracting plenty of interest from first home buyers and downsizers, this modern three-bedroom home with a choice of schools nearby was contested by five bidders and sold for $642,000 which was close to 10% above expectations.

With the market likely to step up yet another gear with the arrival of the Autumn selling season in a few weeks, now is the ideal time to be getting the wheels in motion if you would like to achieve a strong sale in this highly competitive market.
