Experience brings another 100% result

The Barry Plant team in Brimbank was back into auction mode this weekend, and with all four of this weekend’s scheduled auctions now proudly wearing SOLD signs, it’s clear that there are still a large number of home buyers who refuse to allow the restrictions of social distancing to stop them searching for their dream home.

In fact, our team conducted more than 120 private property inspections this week, with private negotiations producing multiple offers on properties on top of our auction successes.

Among this week’s results were:

Caroline Springs: 5 Brinton Lane

This sleek and stylish three-bedroom town residence combined soaring ceiling heights and polished concrete floors in a low maintenance option with real visual appeal. A satisfying mid-week sale was completed at $560,000.

Fraser Rise: 82 Enterprise Circuit

The strong buyer interest in vacant homesites, driven in part by the Government’s HomeBuilder incentive, continues with the sale of this 437sqm block in the Infinity Estate for $355,000.

Hillside: 6 Sylvia Close

Whilst we had five bidders registered for the online auction of this immaculately presented three-bedroom home near Hillside Reserve, the spirited bidding duel took some by surprise. Declared on the market at $555,000, 50 bids pushed the eventual sale price to a remarkable $643,000!

Hillside: 8 Elegan Court

Enjoying plenty of street appeal in the prestigious Hillside 2000 Estate, this impressive single-level four-bedroom home enjoyed a pleasing result from a competitive online auction, with the gavel falling at $1.11 million.

Keilor Downs: 4 Nash Court

Set in a quiet court near Monmia Primary School, this well maintained three-bedroom home attracted plenty of early interest. So much so, that the vendors decided to accept a convincing early offer rather than waiting for this week’s scheduled auction.

Sydenham: 3 Sica Court

With easy access to both Primary and Secondary schools, this single-level four-bedroom home had plenty of appeal for growing families, producing a pleasing pre-auction sale at $615,000.
