Get set for a big Winter in Brimbank

If our recent sales results across the City of Brimbank are anything to go by, not to mention the huge numbers of motivated buyers we are dealing with who are yet to secure their next home, the coming Winter market looks set to be one of the strongest on record…great news for anyone considering selling in the coming months.

Just take a look at some of our most recent results:

Hillside: 10 King Drive. This was our second sale in this boutique group of tri-level townhouses in the past two weeks, and it turns out that each of the buyers know each other...Small world isn’t it! Our vendor was smiling too when the gavel fell at $570,000.

Hillside: 7 Sandalwood Avenue. The opportunity to get your foot in the door of the property world in an area as popular as The Banchory Grove Estate produced a competitive auction with the keys to this three-bedroom home changing hands at $615,000.

Hillside: 37 Queens Parade. This renovated three-bedroom home in one of Bellevue Hill's most popular streets attracted such strong interest that the SOLD sign went up prior to this week’s scheduled auction after a strong early offer of $810,000.

Hillside: 5 Salisbury Court. Set on close to 1000sqm of land and offering a striking contemporary façade, this luxurious double-story four-bedroom home in the Regency Rise Estate attracted multiple early offers during the week, selling prior to auction for an impressive $1.255 million.

St Albans: 9 Wilpena Court. A quiet court setting with a park around the corner added to the appeal of this good-looking three-bedroom home (pictured). A competitive auction saw the gavel fall at $732,000.

Taylors Lakes: 30 Tasman Crescent. Being within walking distance of Watergardens, this three-bedroom home was a popular pick among young families who valued convenience. Four strong bidders pushed the price to $822,000, with the winning bidders coming from a home just 10 doors away!

Taylors Lakes: 2 Hart Place. Being within walking distance of Overnewton College added to the appeal among local families of this impressive double-storey four-bedroom home. This was another of our recent results to sell prior to auction, with the contracts being inked at $982,000.

As we mentioned earlier, the next few months look set to provide local property sellers with some huge opportunities, so if you’d like an update on how much more your property could achieve in the current conditions, you can call us this week at Barry Plant St Albans on 9367 7044.

Best wishes,
