A spectacular way to finish Spring

The past few weeks have proven to be a wonderful time to be a property seller in the City of Brimbank, and the final weekend of Spring auctions was no different with our team producing another 100% auction success rate for our vendors.

Not only are all seven of this weekend’s auctions proudly wearing SOLD signs, but there were several outstanding results achieved through mid-week negotiations as well, making it a memorable November for so many clients.

Our latest results included:

Burnside Heights: 1/47 Katrina Drive

Fresh, modern styling made this three-bedroom townhouse a popular choice among market entrants. So popular, in fact, that it was sold within a few days of hitting the market for a strong $570,000.

Fraser Rise: 7 Oberon Court

Confirmation of the strong demand for quality homesites, this 310sqm allotment in the Infinity Estate enjoyed views over the waterway and sold for $250,000.

Hillside: 20 Queens Parade

This much-loved two-storey three-bedroom home in the Bellevue Hill Estate achieved a very pleasing result in selling for $640,000.

Hillside: 13 Marquet Court

Tucked away in a sought-after pocket of the Banchory Grove Estate, this single-level four-bedroom home saw four bidders push the price to around 10% above our happy vendor’s reserve, with the gavel falling at a remarkable $700,000.

St Albans: 1/5 McRae Avenue

A mixture of market entrants, investors and local downsizers showed interest in this three-bedroom home on a low maintenance subdivided block right around the corner from Stevensville Primary School, resulting in a strong mid-week sale.

St Albans: 1/42 Manfred Avenue

Handy to Brimbank Plaza and a choice of schools, this tastefully updated three-bedroom home attracted similar interest to the property above, and enjoyed a similarly satisfying result during the week.

Sydenham: 50 Dundee Way

A rare entry-level opportunity within walking distance of Sydenham Primary School & Copperfield Secondary School, this well-established three-bedroom home attracted four committed bidders, with the SOLD sticker going up at $555,000.

Sydenham: 4 Robina Road

This stylish three-bedroom terrace in the ever-popular Rose Hedge Estate attracted a great crowd to watch three bidders fight for the keys. The final bid of $555,000 was a great result.
