The past few weeks have proven to be a wonderful time to be a property seller in the City of Brimbank, and the final weekend of Spring auctions was no different with our team producing another 100% auction success rate for our vendors.
Not only are all seven of this weekend’s auctions proudly wearing SOLD signs, but there were several outstanding results achieved through mid-week negotiations as well, making it a memorable November for so many clients.
