Another week, another 300-plus buyer inspections by our team…it’s clear that all that pent-up buyer demand we were talking about during the lockdown has found its voice in the local property market.

As a result, we have been able to help a large number of property sellers across Melbourne’s north-west to take the next step in their property journey, with many being pleasantly surprised by the results they have been able to achieve.

Some of our recent results have included:

Albanvale: 3 Oakwood Road. An exciting first home opportunity close to Brimbank Shopping Centre, this potential-filled three-bedroom home achieved $493,000.

Hillside: 12 Colburn Court. As we mentioned last week, this well-maintained four-bedroom home attracted 27 bids before selling for a very satisfying $656,500.

Hillside: 2 Glenview Court. This well-balanced four-bedroom home was scheduled for a mid-week auction, but a strong buyer response from Day One saw the sold sign go up early at $680,000.

Hillside: 7 Riviera Drive. Ideally positioned for a growing family, this four-bedroom single-level home saw the contracts inked at $685,000.

Hillside: 33 Grandview Crescent. One of the gems of the Bellevue Hill Estate, this four-bedroom home achieved a very pleasing result in the midst of the lockdown.

Kings Park: 1/2 Kingfisher Court. Offering low maintenance living with no Body Corporate, this well-renovated two-bedroom home achieved a very pleasing mid-week sale.

St Albans: Strong activity in all price ranges has seen a total of SIX PROPERTIES successfully sold, with sale prices ranging from the mid-$400,000’s to the mid-$600,000’s.

Sydenham: 3/34 Albert Road. This brand new three-bedroom townhouse had competition from bidders both onsite and online, with a happy first home buyer (pictured with her mum) securing the keys at $598,500.

Taylors Hill: 15 Balmain Circuit. Set in a well-established pocket not far from Southern Cross Grammar School, this 713sqm homesite was sold through private negotiations.

Results like these are further confirmation that anyone considering selling in the Spring market should be able to do so with confidence. If you’re in that position, don’t hesitate to give us a call at Barry Plant Caroline Springs and Taylors Lakes this week on 9390 8333.

We look forward to making a difference to your move.

Best wishes,

James Hatzimoisis & John Aaron Nakic
