Let’s face it, the past year has proved that the real estate market can still produce outstanding results even when the agent’s offices are shut, so we probably shouldn’t be surprised that there are still SOLD and LEASED signs going up on our boards while the rest of the industry is in holiday mode.

The owners of this property contacted our team in the lead-up to Christmas with plans to get it on the market in the new year.
