As many of our readers may remember, in LAST WEEK'S UPDATE we pointed out to local home buyers that we had a very special opportunity to view two exciting new property listings before they were photographed and promoted fully on the various real estate portals.

What was really pleasing was that several keen buyers took advantage of this opportunity to ‘get a head start on the market’, and not only did we conduct several inspections of each property early in the week, but one of them has already been sold whilst the other is currently under negotiation and is likely to be sold very soon!

It’s hard to tell who was more excited about this result. The buyer and her children (pictured), was thrilled to secure their ideal property and can’t wait to move in and start a new life. On the other hand, the vendor was equally thrilled, not only with the exceptional sale price of $526,000, but the fact that the deal was done in such a short time frame with so little disruption to their lives.

That’s what we call a win-win result!
