Customer service excellenceManaging all things customer service, Joanne Papalia joined the Barry Plant team in 2009 after a career in office management, and has never looked back since.
Joanne’s role as a Customer Service Manager ensures the smoothest transition for our clients, ranging from their first phone call through to settlement.
Additional to assisting with queries and formal progressions, Jo also deals with more practical matters such as the all-important moving process, set up of services and a host of other tasks essential for moving in, or out of a home.
Known for her impeccable organisational skills, attention to detail and professionalism, Jo leaves no stone unturned. Her professional attitude has contributed to several Customer Service Excellence awards and continues to play an integral role in building positive relationships with our valued clients.
