Kieron left the airline industry in 2009 where he held the position of customer service supervisor before launching his career in real estate where he has become Geelong’s industry top performer.
Taking the helm of Barry Plant Highton in 2019 as owner and principal he has led the team to become the top performing agency in Geelong, winning Agency of the Year from 2019 to current and the number 2 office in the entire Barry Plant Group. Individually Kieron has sold the highest total value of residential Real Estate in Geelong multiple times and the highest volume of sales in the South Barwon district since 2016.
