Usman is a consummate business development and marketing professional. In fact, his first opportunity to demonstrate his innate ability to sell a product was at the age of 12. Usman took it upon himself to assist his father sell the family car. He convinced the buyer that the car was the best on the road, with a full-service record and the most luxurious model available at the best price. Usman has found professional success at a high level within the financial and education sectors having held senior business development and marketing positions. He has tertiary qualifications holding Australian degrees in both Accounting and Marketing. By making an industry leap to Real Estate Usman has made a strong commitment to his Real state education. He has been mentored by several of the most highly acclaimed Real Estate professionals from within Barry Plant and continues to draw on their extended knowledge and many years of experience. Usman has a strong belief in continued and lifelong learning. Usman is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients and he specializes in bringing peace of mind to all stakeholders, in particular, he communicates with authenticity, speaks fluent English, Hind, Punjabi, Urdu and stays calm under pressure. Usman has already seen much success having listed, managed and sold a significant number of homes within the Monash area and outer suburbs as well.
