Devenish is an area roughly 25km north of Benalla, Victoria and just under half way between Benalla and Yarrawonga.

The V/line train service operates from Benalla to Yarrawonga stopping at Devenish along the way, connecting up with services to and from Melbourne at Benalla Station.

The town still has old wheat silos at the railway that were decommissioned years ago and on Anzac Day Eve 2018, The Devenish Silos artwork was unveiled. Coinciding with the 100 year centenary of the end of the First World War, the artwork depicts both a First World War nurse and a modern day combat medic. April 2019 has seen the third silo installation completed with recognition to the Lighthorse men.
