The leader of our team, he has built an enormous client base over the last 34 years and has earnt a reputation based on integrity, professionalism, an intricate knowledge of the area, superior customer service and importantly, sheer hard work.
James commenced his Real Estate career at our Niddrie office after studying Economics at LaTrobe University and working in an accounting and insurance office. The large client base he serviced then, still turn to him today for their Real Estate needs.
He is widely acknowledged as the area's best and most experienced Auctioneer, has conducted over 5,000 Auctions and has been personally responsible for some of the biggest sales that have been negotiated in the area. He just loves setting new records and will not accept anything less than operating the leading Real Estate business in the district.
Any spare time is spent with family and friends. AFL, Melbourne Victory, fishing and boating are “time-out” favourites. Another passion is raising awareness and funds for medical research and James is a past Board Member of St.Vincent's Institute of Medical Research Foundation. With James at the helm, the Barry Plant office at Taylors Lakes has achieved some of the best sales results in Melbourne's North West.
