How do I login?
If you have already registered your details and would like to login later, click the [Login] link in the right of the website, and enter your email address and password. If you can’t remember your password, click the [Login] link in the top menu, then select “Forgot your password?” link and enter your email address and you will be emailed a password reminder.
Saved properties
Saving your favourite properties allows you to quickly look them up from your account.
How do I save a property?
You must be logged in to save a property. Then under the property details page you simply click the “Save Property” link and the property will be saved to your account.
How do I look up my saved properties?
Just go to “my account” which appears once you are logged in at the top right of our website and you can view, share, edit or delete your saved properties from there.
Saved Searches
Saving your favourite searches allows you to quickly get results each time you visit the website.
How do I save my search?
In order to save your searches, you must be logged in to our website via Property Alert. Then when you conduct a search you simply press “Save Search” and it will save the search to your account for future access.
How do I select one of my Saved Searches?
Just go to “my account” which appears once you are logged in at the top right of our website and you can view, edit or delete your saved searches there.
How do I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe for individual property alerts by deleting the alert from your Account, or, select “unsubscribe” from the bottom of the Property Alert emails you receive.
You can unsubscribe from all services (which will remove your access completely) by selecting “deactivate my account” under “My Account”.
